HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
To sign up, simply click on the schedule and choose a class that you wish to register for, then click “Book.” If you are a first-time Touch N Go student, you will need to create a profile through Mindbody, and the site will guide you through the process. Remember to enter the student's name under client information, not your own.

CAN I JUST SHOW UP TO A CLASS WITHOUT REGISTERING?
Certainly! But, if this is the method you are using to participate in the classes, please be aware there is no guarantee there will be room in the class. It is highly suggested you book a class 24-hours before the date of the class you want to attend to secure a spot.
CAN I STILL GO TO A CLASS EVEN IF I DON’T WANT TO BE A “MEMBER”?
Absolutely! Please enjoy all our classes and amenities without a membership. You can view all the available classes on our Classes page.
I PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP AT THE CORONA LOCATION, BUT I WILL BE IN ORANGE COUNTY THIS WEEKEND. CAN MY STUDENT ATTEND CLASS AT THE TUSTIN LOCATION USING THEIR MEMBERSHIP? Memberships purchased are for exclusive use for the location they were purchased at, however, players are welcome to take sessions at either location through the purchase of a single session.
I’M NOT SURE MY CHILD WILL LIKE THE TRAINING SESSION, CAN HE/SHE TRY IT FOR FREE THE FIRST TIME?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial of a class, however, if your student wants to watch a session to make an educated decision before participating; we encourage them to do so! You can view all the available classes on our Classes page.
I FEEL LIKE MY CHILD IS READY FOR THE NEXT LEVEL OF TRAINING, CAN I JUST SIGN THEM UP AND BRING THEM?
Great question! If you are already a student at Touch N Go Soccer Academy, we highly encourage you to speak to our associate at the front desk. There, your information will be taken down and sent over to the trainer. You will receive a response via email/phone call within 24-hours.
HELP! WE ARE FIRST-TIMERS AT THE FACILITY! HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CLASS TO SIGN MY KID UP FOR?

MY KID’S COACH GAVE THEM THEIR MID-YEAR REVIEW AND THEY NEED TO WORK ON (ENTER SKILLS HERE). CAN WE BE SURE THEY WORK THAT IN THE NEXT SESSION?
Private lessons you ask? Certainly! We can focus on any skill your student needs to work on in a private session. Please send us a message on our Contact page to inquire about a private session.
As far as our group sessions? They are not tailored towards any specific player.
WHAT IF I MUST CANCEL A SESSION? DO I JUST CALL THE FACILITY?
Not necessary! Login to your Mindbody account or TG Soccer APP and click cancel class, and you’re good to go! If that doesn’t work, please contact our front desk at (714) 852-3646 (Tustin) or (951) 268-6688 (Corona). We recommend canceling a session within the 7 hour period to avoid a cancelation fee.
I FORGOT TO CANCEL MY SESSION BEFORE THE CLASS STARTED, DOES THIS MEAN I JUST USED A SESSION IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
Grey membership holders will forfeit a session if they miss a class. For black membership holders, a fee of $35 will be applied for any no-show.
REFUNDS/CREDITS Touch N Go Soccer does not issue any refunds. Only credit can be issued so long as the cancellation is made prior to the 7-hour start time of the class or private, 72-hour start time of camps or leagues. Note: A client forfeits their right to a credit when rescheduling a registration the day of the: Event, class, league, camp, private lesson, and/or any other registration.
MY KIDDO CAN’T MAKE THE CLASS THEY BOOKED FOR TODAY, CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL? We encourage everyone to utilize their account to book, reschedule or cancel appointments. If the appointment or class being canceled starts in less than 7-hours, we do not offer refunds or credits for the class.
MY CHILD IS HOMESCHOOLED AND HAS VENDOR FUNDS TO USE. IS TOUCH N GO A VENDOR WITH ANYONE? Touch N Go Soccer is a vendor for the following schools: Sage Oak and Granite Mountain. If your school would like to become a vendor please email support@touchngosoccer.com with all the information needed to begin the process. Once approved, the Touch N Go Soccer Vendor department will allocate class sessions to your account with us for the appropriate amount!
